Payment method
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, due to it's ease of use and low fees. Please make your payments before October 1st; this is especially important for authors as only papers with a presentation will be printed in the proceedings. A registration fee must be payed for each paper.
If you are unable to use PayPal, you can also use SWIFT international
bank transfer. If you do so, then please send an email to the local committee (sims2005@idi.ntnu.no) with your name (and paper # if applicable) as soon as the payment is sent. There is a 10 Euro administrative fee for SWIFT transfers. September 21st is the last day that you can pay with SWIFT and expect your payment to be noticed before the proceedings are printed. If you wish to pay with SWIFT after this date, then you must send an e-mail to the local committee and furthermore provide documentation for your payment.

Delegates without paper submission
Full registration fees include admission to all the sessions of the
conference, the conference proceedings, refreshments, lunches and
the conference dinner as well.

SIMS members with or without paper submission
Full registration fees include admission to all the sessions of the

Master and Bachelor Students
The student fees include admission to all the sessions, refreshments and
lunches.
If you wish to participate in the conference dinner, pay as an "accompanying
guest" below. The proceedings will be available for purchase from Tapir
Academic Press after the conference.

The guest fees are for additional company to the conference dinner only.
