Projects funded under the programme
42 million NOK have been allocated to 15 projects within the Norwegian Cooperation Programme in Higher Education and Research with Russia. Each project involves a Norwegian and a Russian institution of higher education or research, and several projects have more than one partner institution in Russia.
The Programme received a total of 61 qualified applications, and the selection of projects was based on the following priorities:
- The project's relevance for Programme goals and priorities
- The projects’ significance for the involved institutions and institutional commitment to the project on both sides
- For educational projects, projects at Master and PhD-levels were given priority
