Pages in fullscreen

Plone adds a top- and sidebar to every page. For certain pages, like photo catalogs, this is inconvenient. To make a page appear without the top- and sidebars, add the following javascript to the html

The first line expands the page to the browser's width, and hides the top- and sidebars. The second line hides the automatic page heading (such as "Pages in fullscreen" above).
