PS! The Russian Party leader said the Russian Government never seriously considered negotiations
w/ the Chechnyan terrorists / freedom fighters - and indirectly criticised that they had not done it, was the leader of the (liberal) Democrats (Jabloko), Mr. Grigory Yavlinsky. This happened in an interview w/ Yavlinsky on CNN Monday night.
