The university offers a wide variety of vocationally oriented educational opportunities at different levels in medicine and health studies.

The road towards becoming a doctor, dentist and pharmacist takes five or six years, foundation studies in medicine (one year), the three-year Bachelor programme in health administration and then two Masters programmes in public health and health studies (two further years) provide different types of theoretical competence for health studies and economic/administrative work in the health sector.

There is a high demand for skilful researchers and health personnel at all levels, and the employment outlook within medicine and health studies is extremely promising.
