What the Career Centre can offer
At the Career Centre, the focus is on the student’s future work career. We can provide courses for job applicants and individualised advice related to applying for work. In the autumn 2006 semester, we will arrange courses for job applicants from February until June. Further information will be posted on our website.
Individualised advice
We offer individualised advice. During such sessions, you will have the opportunity to receive:- Assistance with identifying your strengths and areas of expertise and which types of jobs are most suitable for you
- Advice on actual job applications you are working on
- Feedback on your CV
- General tips and advice on applying for work
To get the most out of our advice, it is a good idea to give some though in advance to what you actually require assistance with and which interests, ambitions and requirements you have. These are factors which must be taken into account when you are looking for relevant job opportunities and deciding which occupations are suitable.
