Solid-phase organic synthesis

Work Load 10  credits (ECTS)

Contents The course gives an overview of important concepts in solid-phase synthesis. Principles for carrying out synthesis of libraries, either focussed libraries or combinatorial libraries are treated. The course also treats; the synthesis of the solid phase, the use of different type of linkers. The course gives an overview over different types of synthetic reactions that can be carried out by sold-phase techniques.

Form of teaching Lectures: 20 h Laboratory exercises: 40 h

Assessment Oral examination.
