SVF-2502: Organizational theory Work Load

The purpose of the course is to provide tools for analyzing organizations and to nurture the capacity for critical thinking about the importance and effects of alternative designs. | Contents
The course gives an introduction to main concepts, models and theories of organization and organizational behaviour. The following themes are covered: Formal organizations, the development of organization theory, organizational structure, communication, technology, culture, decision-making processes, interactions and dependencies in a globalizing world, strategy formation, management of change, organizational learning. | Form of teaching
