FYS-3007: Microwave techniques Work Load
10 credits (ECTS) | Contents
The course requires previous knowledge of physics corresponding to the subject FYS-2005 Electronics II. The subject covers fundamental concepts within microwave technique. These concepts include transmission line theory, impedance matching, analysis of waveguides and transmission lines, microwave resonators, microwave network analysis, fundamental passive components, in addition to filter theory and design. Exercises will be emphasized. It is required that some laboratory exercises have been carried out and approved before exam. | Form of teaching
