| Objectives
The objective of the subject is to provide the students with an overview of various forms of telemedicine, including technologies, applications and dispersion. For this reason the role of telemedicine systems in advanced professional health settings will be highlighted. Visions and expectations of the discipline will be explored. Telemedicine as a discipline is placed in the context of other areas such as telehealth, e-health and medical informatics. Various forms of techniques for evaluating telemedicine systems will be discussed and analysed. | Contact person/lecturer
