The Norwegian university libraries in Tromsø, Bergen, Trondheim and Oslo have for some weeks been in negotiations with Blackwell about what we see as unreasonable conditions, but were ultimately unable to come to an agreement. The result of this is limited access to Blackwell-journals from January 1, 2007.
To compensate for this, all our users will be offered access to Blackwell articles through interlibrary loan.
