Cecilie Hansen presented the findings: The Self-Regulated Learner (SRL) and Technology Enhanced Learning Environments (TELEs) in Norway.
At the Conference: Self-regulated Learning in Technology Enhanced Learning Environments: Individual Learning and Communities of Learners
Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, October 5, 2007
The survey outlines the state of the art in Norway regarding the field of self-regulated learning (SRL) and the impact of Technology Enhanced Learning Environments (TELEs).

The survey gives an overview of the theoretical background of self-regulated learning and highlights some Norwegian studies within the field and the use of ICT. SLR deals with processes of developing strategies for achieving learning goals and having a positive belief in mastering and finding motivation for this task. This process may be important if learners are intended to master educational systems and be able to build up knowledge needed for future education and profession.
