Jozef Batora is engaged by ARENA for the spring semester of 2006. His doctoral dissertation was submitted to the University of Oslo in December 2005. Batora's previous record includes degrees in political science and public administration from Comenius University, Bratislava and the University of Bergen. In the academic year 2003/04 he was a visiting scholar at Scancor, Stanford University.
