The project "Net-based registration" will apply
to registration in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal
Entities and the Register of Business Enterprises. This service
will use so-called "intelligent forms" linked to
our databases and control systems. This will allow users to
directly register data on entities and business enterprises.
Electronic signatures may be applied for the service.
The aim is that electronic submission of reports and registration
to the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities and
the Register of Business Enterprises will increase efficiency
and reduce case processing time. The exchange of data among
other registers and agencies will also be simplified, and
the effect of coordination will be improved.
Net-based registration through the internet will be initiated
through an experimental operation with limited usability by
the beginning of September 2002.
