Drawing from the AIESEC's vision of a world where dialogue is sustained and borders are blurred, this project is aiming at building long-term business relations between Norway and the countries involved. This fourth round is an attempt to consolidate the lessons learned from previous exchanges along with widen the opportunities for the involved partners to coalesce and cross-fretilize on business, leadership and cultural issues. In so doing, the partners hope this will yield good leadership and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) among the participants.
