Registration Fees

The registration fee covers the conference programme and book of abstracts, a conference folder and a conference reception at the Archbishops’ Palace by the Mayor of Trondheim on 1 June.

All fees must be paid in advance.

Early Registration (before 15 May)	NOK 800 (NOK 640 + 25% VAT)
Late Registration (on and after 15 May)	NOK 1000 (NOK 800 + 25% VAT)
Early Student Registration (before 15 May)	NOK 400 (NOK 320 + 25% VAT)
Late Student Registration (on and after 15 May)	NOK 600 (NOK 480 + 25% VAT)

Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner will take place 3 June, for the price of NOK 400.

Accommodation

Note that the earlier block hotel reservations have expired. This means that latecomers will have to arrange accommodation on their own!

Visas

If regulations require you to obtain a visa prior to visiting Norway, we suggest you to apply for one as soon as possible. Norway’s visa office is extremely busy during the summer seasons, and visa applications may take as long as several months. The Secretariat is unable to intercede in or speed up the application process.

Cancellation

Registrations are binding. Cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Secretariat. The registration fee minus a NOK 250 administration charge (25% VAT included) will be refunded if cancellations are received prior to 1 May 2005. The registration fee is non-refundable for cancellations received after this date. Substitutes may be accepted at any time. Refunds will be processed immediately after the conference.

Confirmation

Confirmation of your registration, including hotel reservation will be sent by e-mail to all registered participants early May, and then as registrations arrive.
