My name is Nikolai Tarkaev, I'm from Yakutsk, the capital of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) - one of the Russian Federation's subjects. If you look at the map you will find my native town at the North-Eastern part of Russia. You can make a contact with me by e-mail: tarkaeff@rambler.ru, or tarkaeff@hotmail.com. I have chosen the Finnmark University College for my study because I'm really interesting in Arctic regions destiny in developing world, and I think that the best way to research a problem is to go to the North! The international program I studied here provided the following subjects: Destination development, International marketing, Autumn outdoor life activities, and Norwegian history and culture. All was very interesting, and I'm sure that knowledge I've got here will be useful for my future studies. What about social life, I had not any time to be tormented by idleness at all! Theme evenings for international students, trips and excursions made us fun and helped us do pass an adaptetion process. |
