Interlibrary loans
Acquiring documents from other libraries (For Oslo University College academic staff and students)
Your library unit will borrow books, or request photocopies from other Norwegian or European libraries. The lending period is normally 2-4 weeks.
Ordering procedures

- Make sure the document is not available in our local databases
- Search the complete
BIBSYS database
: When you have found your document, press ORDER loan or article button, and follow the instructions given on the screen. You will find your BIBSYS patron ID on the backside of your Oslo University College identity card.
- To order an article copy you must give information about title, author etc.

B If you need help
- The Learning Centre staff will always be willing to guide you, or you may give them a note with the information you have about the requested item + your name and e-mail address.
- You will be notified when your document has arrived.
