Norwegian State Housing Bank is the responsible agency for coordinating the work regarding homelessness in Norway.

There was a consensus among the participants at the 3rd meeting of FEANTSA’s Ministries Forum on Homelessness that the “Housing first” approach is the most effective way to combat homelessness. Beyond that, the policies and practices that were presented differed considerably.
