Accommodation
Participants are expected to book their own accommodation. For this purpose we have reserved a number of hotel rooms in the time period November 25th to November 29th. These are available on a first-come first-serve basis. All hotels are within walking distance of the conference. For their exact location see this map.

When reserving a room you must mention that you are attending ARCADE in order to get the below mentioned rates. If not you will most likely be told that there are no available rooms. These reservations and rates are good until November 10th. Please note that Bergen is a "Cultural city of Europe" this year. Hotel bookings are already reported to be 20-30% above last year. So please make your reservation in good time!
