GIDDER: Groups in digital dialogues

Gidder is a research project that has both a design and a learning focus. There are two main questions framing the research:

Learning focus: How are works of art, technologies and other resources made relevant in meaning making processes in art museums and in classrooms?

Design focus: How to design tasks and digital technologies that support and improve collaborative meaning making across classroom and museum settings?

This is Palmyre Pierroux's palmyre@intermedia.uio.no postdoc project at InterMedia. The project is financed through the 'Digital Design' program at the University of Oslo, and is a collaboration with the Astrup Fearnley Museet of Modern Art.

The InterMediaLab design team is Ole Smørdal, Idunn Sem and Thomas Drevon.
