Partners

GRIG is made up of six founder partners. These are:

Foam (Belgium), The Interactive Institute (Sweden), InterMedia (Norway),  Kibla (Slovenia), Nadine (Belgium), and Time's Up  (Austria).

The project is led by Maja Kuzmanovic (fo.am).

GRIG is a guild of mixed reality integrators and generators.The six founding partners work with mixed reality arts. Generative, integrative. But they also help generate and integrate connections with other artists, researchers, groups, and organisations working with mixed reality expressions.

We'll be writing about our predecessors too. Our work today (and tomorrow) is influenced by those who've treaded mixed reality paths before us, not all digital and not all mediated online or in 'smart' spaces. We invite contact. We ask for your comments and suggestions. Our network is already an international one and we welcome ways of connecting it better.

Over time, we hope the site will offer a larger, online guild of sorts - not just another portal - of mixed reality arts, of contacts, resources and inspirations. The site has labels that allow us to tag entries and then search across the tags so that we can see what these reveal over time too. Another way of reading the guild.

Not just 'guilding the lily' as the saying goes but an organic way of generating and integrating diverse experience and knowledge, and sharing it.
