NTNU - Information Security Research Program
NTNU has established an inter-faculty research program in Information Security, organized under the university's strategic focus area of ICT. Currently, the five departments of Telematics, Computer and Information Science, Mathematical Science, Electronics and Telecommunications and Industrial Economics and Technology Management run this graduate education and research cooperation. The overall aim is to address problems of ICT vulnerability at the strategic level; by supervising PhD students within a wide range of topics essential to information security technology. This will provide our information society with scientifically trained experts with high ability to perform effective information security analysis and solutions to ICT vulnerability an all sectors of activity.
