Welcome to the ROSS website at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway.

ROSS is an acronym for the Norwegian title "Risiko- og sårbarhetsstudier" which may be translated to "Reliability, Safety, and Security Studies".

ROSS is a cooperation between several departments at NTNU. Each department has its own profile and its own focus. Please follow the link "About us" in the top menu to learn more about the ROSS activities of the various departments.

A new international master program in reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) was started up in August 2006. Further information about the international master program can be found by following the link "International Master Program" in the top menu.
