Responsibilities of the Cake + coffee maker + chair organizer:
- Make/buy cake(s) or
equivalent for us all to enjoy.
- Prior to the meeting (prior to 13.15 that
day): Organize the chairs in such a manner that
we can fit as many people in the corner office as possible. Borrow
chairs from the Dr.ing-student-offices in order to fill the capacity
of the corner office.
- Make coffee (at least two pots).
- Make sure there are plates and cups
to eat and drink from. If not there is storage under the bookshelf beside
the coffee- machine. If the storage is empty as well, contact the
secretaries.
- If you do not bring a cake server,
one can be borrowed from the canteen. Make sure to wash it and bring it
back after use.
