The Library services at Oslo National Academy of the Arts

Oslo National Academy of the Arts offers students and teachers a modern and up-to-date library service, extensive resources in the subjects of the arts, a comprehensive collection of journals, good work spaces and well-qualified librarians.

The specialized library departments supply resources in the subjects of fine art, arts and crafts, design and performing arts.

The collection consists of approximately 75,000 books/monographs, 235 journal subscriptions, a large collection of multimedia documents and several special collections. The libraries also offer access to databases in the subjects of the arts.

At present, the library has departments situated at three different locations in Oslo. During 2008 the libraries will merge and relocate to Fossveien 23 at Grünerløkka. All students and staff at Oslo National Academy of the Arts may at any time welcome to use the library.
