Application process
As of 2006 there will only be one application deadline for the next academic year. The application deadline is February 1st for exchange the following academic year (either fall or spring).
The application form can be downloaded below. The application form, your CV and grade transcripts from previous education must be handed in at the international office before the deadline.
In the application there is space for 10 school on the priority list. However, you are welcome to extend this list if there are more schools that you would like to go to. It is important that you only list schools that you are motivated to go to. We expect students to accept the exchange place they are offered, also if they are offered a place which might be the last priority. It is very unfortunate if students withdraw from a place they have been offered because this might mean that another student have missed the opportunity to go to that particular school.
If you apply for schools in France, Belgium (except Leuven), Spain, Italy (except Bocconi), Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Venezuela, Brazil, Russia or Japan you must document that you have a high level of knowledge in the relevant language.
Applications are evaluated on the basis of students motivation, language qualifications, academic merits and extra-curricular activities.
