Annual Report on Payment Systems
Since 1988, Norges Bank has published an annual statistical report on payment system trends and prices. The report also includes the most important events in the area of payment systems.
The Annual Report on Payment Systems contains information that Norges Bank collects from the financial sector as part of its oversight work. The Report has been published since 1988 and gives an annual update of trends and prices in the payment system. The Report also informs about work carried out by Norges Bank and other central banks in this area. The report also gives an account of Norges Bank’s oversight of risks in important payment and settlement systems.
Norges Bank should be given as a source when figures from these reports are used.
