NOVA´s Nordic Centre of Excellence in Welfare Research: Reassessing the Nordic Welfare Model has launched its new website. Visit reassess.no regularly to stay updated on research news concerning the Nordic welfare model: publications, research grants, workshops and conferences.
NordForsk provides the funding for the Centre. Over a period of five years distinguished researchers from all the Nordic countries will work together in ten different research strands with the aim to investigate and critically discuss whether the Nordic Welfare Model has the ability to renew itself under changing external conditions.
The key activities and instruments in the centre´s work will be the compilation, coordination and joint analysis of available data in the Nordic countries, workshops, seminars and larger research conferences, PhD, post-doc and guest researchers fellowships, doctoral training, and extensive international publishing and dissemination.
