Register for Governmental Approval of
Financial Obligations (ROBEK)

The
Local Government Act § 60 gives rules about state review and approval of
financial obligations. According to § 60 nr. 3, the Ministry of Local
Government and Regional Development is required to establish a register of all
counties and county municipalities that are subject to approval. The hyperlinks
