NOMA countries
To concentrate the effort and maximize the effects of the NOMA programme support has been limited to institutions from countries listed below.
Listed countries:
Bolivia and Nicaragua have been added to this list by Norad for NOMA eligibility only.
In addition to the countries listed above support may also be given to institutions in countries which conform to the following criteria:
Current countries which may further Norwegian contribution to peace, conflict resolution and post-conflict reconstruction:
Current countries whose high levels of competence and capacity may contribute to higher education on the regional level:
