Abel Prize Celebrated at Dept. of Informatics
Mikhail Leonidovich Gromov will receive the Abel Prize for his revolutionary work in geometry. The news were well received at the Department of Informatics, where Douglas Rogers were speaking at the Thursday seminar – about geometry and Fermat’s point, appropriately enough.
