Research group for medieval studies - Topographies and networks
The Centre for Medieval Studies (CMS) was established at the University of Bergen in 2003 as a centre of Excellence, lasting for the maximum length ten years. From 2013 the “Research group for medieval studies” develops further certain thematic strands of the CMS in an interdisciplinary research group connected to the Department of Archaeology, History, Cultural Studies and Religion.
