Information meetings for renewing obligatory permits, etc during 2006/7.

Who: Degree and non-degree students whose permits expire during summer 2006
Where: Parkgården, Room 207
When:
1. Bachelor and master students whose study period in 2006/7 consists of more that 6 months in Norway:
Wednesday 29 March: 12.15-13.00
2.
Bachelor and master students whose study period in 2006/7 consists of more that 6 months outside Norway:
Wednesday 26 April: 12.15-13.00
3. Wednesday, 10 May
12.15-12.35: Exchange/non-degree students including EU/EEA citizens
12.35-13.00: PhD's
Agenda:
1. Application process for renewing and extending residence permits, work permits. Application forms will be provided (including those for students' families).
2. Information on:
- other obligatory registrations: tuberculosis controls; registration to National Register when moving to Norway, inside Norway and when leaving Norway
- family reunification applications, etc.
- registration of information in the university student database.
