SNP: High Throughput

Lately, we have experienced an increasing number of enquiries regarding genotyping systems capable of handling the genotyping of thousands of SNPs rather than hundreds. This requires a totally different set of equipment, but as we already have the entire infrastructure (robotics, PCR capacity, LIMS systems etc.) in place we are keen that this segment of the “market” should also be covered by the FUGE genotyping platform here at CIGENE.

We are therefore currently investigating the different commercially available alternatives and will soon invest in a complete system.
