Below are a few forms that are useful during the PhD programme.
Within six months after commencing on the PhD programme, a study plan shall be submitted to the department for approval. The necessary forms for this process are:

1. Application for doctoral studies
2. Study plan
3. Agreements upon admittance to organized postgraduate studies

After the defence the examiners committee issue a statement in the following format:
- PhD / Dr. philos /dr.scient
