Health Education and Social Work
The Faculty of Health Education and Social Work (Avdeling for helse- og sosialfag - AHS) is one of the largest of its kind in Norway.
The faculty is located in Trondheim, the third largest city in the country. The faculty is part of Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST), which has 6 faculties. It offers a number of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes within the health and social services, and two master degrees. There are also significant activities within research and development at the faculty.
We offer six bachelors in:
- Audiology
- Social Education and Child Welfare Work
- Occupational Therapy
- Physiotherapy
- Social Work
- Social Education
Two masters degrees are offered:
- Master of Social Science in Child Welfare Work
- Master`s degree in Occupational and Movement Science
