HANDBOOK OF NETWORK AND SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
Editors, Jan Bergstra, Mark Burgess
Elsevier Handbooks are a series of volumes documenting the state of the art in different fields of research. This project is about putting the fledgling field of Network and System Administration into a solid academic format.
Draft contributions should be finished at the end of 2005.
Estimated delivery of final materials September of 2006.
Note that because the handbook is to be published both on paper and electronically, the expected lifetime of the publication is infinite. Hence there is no clause in the contract about what happens when the book goes out of print.
