Borrowers are held personally responsible for all items registered on their borrowing cards. Items which are damaged or lost must be replaced according to the rates set by the library. Loans must be returned within the borrowing limit. Borrowers may request a receipt for items which they return personally. After three reminders, a demand for replacement of an item will be sent.
