Access to library resources off-campus
The HiST Library pays for some online services that employees and students at HiST have free access to. You'll find links with a description of these resources from the library's website.
As long as you are on a computer on the network of HiST (ie have an IP address belonging to the University College) it will work automatically - you will be recognized with a HiST address and get access to resources without problems.

- If you are outside the HiST network you won't get automatic access to these services. The reason for this is that only students and staff of HiST have access to these services and therefore have to identify themselves before access is given.
- The best way to enter the online library services from home is by using VPN.
- Another option is to use password and username to our digital services:
- Passwords for employees (You must log in to the Employee Portal to retrieve the page).
- Students must log in to Itslearning to retrieve the page.
