The registration fee covers the welcome reception with food and drinks (Tuesday evening), wine reception with food (Wednesday evening), conference materials, a book of the proceedings to be published by John Benjamins, as well as coffee breaks and refreshments, VAT included. The conference dinner (Thursday evening) is not included and must be booked separately.

Note that the address that you give below, should be the address to which you want the invoice for the registration fee to be sent.

Please note that your registration for participation is binding and the registration fee has to be paid once the invoice has been sent out, which will be on 1 May 2013. Any cancellations must be received before this date.

After 1 May there will be a NOK 150 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. After 10 June the entire conference fee, including the price of the conference dinner, will not be refunded.
