More full text journals are now available through the National Electronic Health Library.

They also have signed an agreement with ProQuest.  This gives access to 1100 full text journals in medicine and health-  You can access them via the library's website
For use off campus, you will find the username and password in the library's room in Classfronter (Bibliotek).
