Course Objectives

Insight into the most important themes and approaches within organisation theory and work psychology. Develop a personal mental framework incorporating one’s own experiences related to organisation theory.

Assessment Methods

Portfolio assessment – group work (40%) and individual written 3-hour examination (60%).

In order to be allowed to take the final examination, the student must have achieved a passing mark in the portfolio assessment.
