Object-Oriented programming (OOP) and System Development.
Core principles and best practices on object-oriented analyses and design to achieve faster development time, reuse, higher productivity and better maintenance of software systems.
Lectures and mandatory assignments. The mandatory assignments will focus on solutions for Cybernetics and Industrial Information Technology, analyzing, designing and document a software system with UML diagrams.
Usage of the Unified Process (UP) as a development process, and the modeling concept in UML (Unified Modeling Language) for analysis and design of object oriented software. “Use Case” diagrams are used for requirement analysis, and realized through interaction diagrams, class diagrams and state machines. Patterns are used in the design phase.
One Mandatory task counts 25%; individual, written final examination counts 75% of the grade. All written and printed study aids permitted. The mandatory assignments must be approved in order to be allowed to take the final examination.
