Course Objectives
The aim of the course is to give the students basic knowledge of design, development and fault detection in microprocessor based systems.

Course Description
Introduction to microprocessor based systems. Topics from construction and development of hard and software. Architecture, bus systems. Memory circuits, I/O, interface. Assembly programming, interrupt, DMA. Development tools and instruments.
Assessment Methods
Compulsary exercises. Written examination.
