Course Objectives

To acquire a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

Course Description

The most important data and programme structures, objects, classes and inheritance, characteristics, methods and incidents, together with the specification and construction of classes.

Windows controls and file management. Programming project.

Learning Methods

Lectures and exercises.

Assessment Methods

Mid-term examination (20 %), programming project (50%), and final examination (30 %). The examinations are in written form. Both the final examination and the programming project must receive pass marks in order to achieve a pass mark for the course.
