Course Objectives

The aim of the course is to give the students a basic understanding of building construction and law connected to the building project.

Learning Methods

Lecturers, weekly exercises, class participation. Use of web sites designed to apply the lecture material.

Course Description

The students shall be prepared to undertake the fundamental planning and construction tasks of a smaller building project.

Assessment Methods

The grade of the final test weighs 60% in the course grade, while the grade of the compulsory exercises weighs 40%. To be admitted to the final test, all the exercises during the course must be completed with grade passed.
