Course Description
The course covers the following topics: Toxicology, estimating release rates, dispersion, fire hazards, explosions , hazord identification with RRR (rapied risk ranking) and HAZOP, laws and regulations, demonstration of theory and methods which provide the basis for such analyses in process and offshore industry
Assessment Methods
Mid-term test 30%; individual, written final examination counts 70%.
No study aids permitted.
