Design of Digital Systems

This profile deals with the development of integrated circuits, single-chip systems, programmable logic, microcontrollers, microprocessors, and systems on circuit boards. You will learn to use various Computer Aided programs for designing circuits and systems, and you will learn about modeling, verification, testing, and optimization of area, performance, power, and volume. Such systems and circuits are used in most of the equipment in your environment; such as digital TV, video and audio, environmental monitoring, etc., and in mobile equipment such as mobile phones, portable multi media, and mp3 players. Maybe you will develop personal ultrasound equipment to be used on your PC?
