Press release - court hearing
The police prosecutor who is the prosecuting advocate in the remand hearing today, will not be available for the press in the district court.
Because of the enormous interest from the press it would be more appropriate to hold a press conference at the Police Headquarters after the order of the court is available and when it is suitable in relation to the rest of the case. We will come back with a time.
We must remind you that the court of Justices’ law forbids photographing the defendant during the court hearing, and to and from the court hearing. Because this is a remand hearing, we do not have the judges’ permission to have an exception from this.
